Repairs are carried out to a high standard and are guaranteed for three months.

When a test instrument comes to us for repair and an inspection has taken place, we always quote the customer the price first before we proceed with the repair.

An Authorisation Form is faxed to the customer with the price of the repair, awaiting the customer’s signature and order number before we proceed.

When the customer has returned the authorisation form with their agreement of the price, we will endeavour to return the instrument as soon as possible.

Customers’ should be aware of the time factor, which may take place when a repair is required. We try to maintain a quick turn-around but in some cases repairs do take up to two to three weeks when there is more work required.
